Our team

Habib Ullaah Bahar is the proprietor of Omad International, an environmental consulting firm in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He completed his BSc in Chemistry from Dhaka College and later earned a Master’s in Environmental Science from Jahangirnagar University. Starting his career as a chemist, he transitioned into consultation and now leads Omad International, providing services in environmental assessment, pollution management, and sustainability solutions for industries across Bangladesh.

Environmental and Water & Wastewater Specialist with 20 years of professional experience in environmental compliance, industrial wastewater management, water resource efficiency, and sustainability within the textile, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. Extensive experience in the operation, optimization, troubleshooting, technical assessment, and performance evaluation of Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Water Treatment Plants (WTP), and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems. Skilled in conducting ETP audits, process optimization, water efficiency assessments, wastewater treatment evaluations, and environmental compliance assessments to improve operational performance while ensuring regulatory compliance. Actively involved in various government-funded and donor-supported environmental and water management projects as a Water and Wastewater Expert, providing technical support for water assessments, wastewater treatment optimization, resource efficiency, environmental impact assessments, and sustainable water management initiatives. Successfully collaborated with government agencies, development partners, industries, and international organizations to implement practical and sustainable environmental solutions.
